Order Processing & Delivery Timescales
- Daily Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (UK time). Completed orders verified prior to 2:00 PM Monday through Friday enter warehouse picking on the same working day.
- Handling / Fulfilment Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders undergo batch inspection, protective box packing, and weight-balanced strapping.
- Transit Time: 3 – 7 business days (Monday to Friday) via established UK parcel couriers (e.g. Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, or Parcelforce).
- Estimated Total Delivery Time: 4 – 9 business days from the date of checkout to delivery at your specified premises.
Parcel Tracking
Upon dispatch, you will receive an automatic email containing a valid tracking reference number and courier tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the initial barcode scan to update on the courier portal.
Heavy Goods Delivery Notes
Due to the substantial weight of steel fittings (such as multipacks of fence repair spurs, 24-inch ground anchors, or boxes of M16 structural bolts), our couriers deliver to ground-floor entrances or designated dry porches. If nobody is available, the courier will leave a calling card with re-delivery or local depot collection options.
